Notes: A full-bodied delicately fragrant dry white wine made from Obeidi, a native grape variety of Lebanon, sourced from several old vineyards in the Zahle region. Aged in French oak barrels for 15 months, it offers a floral / resiny aromatic profile of lavender, orange blossom, anise & mastic accompanying the fruity / nutty flavors of quince, white peach, orange peel, pomelo, marzipan & hazelnut. Long lingering finish.

Food Pairing: Goes particularly well with Moghrabieh or any dish with soft warm spices.

Label: Middle-Eastern mosaic to indicate the origin of the wine: Lebanon. The colors are based on the aromatic profile of the grape variety. The wood texture indicates that the wine has been oaked. Designed by Tarek Atrissi.
