Notes: Our 1st single-varietal Viognier is a delicately fragrant wine… mandarine and apricot, honeysuckle and rose, with hints of white pepper, bay leaf and toffee. On the palate bitter orange and mango dominate with a beautiful touch of bitterness at the end. Medium body and finish.

Notes: What a difference a heatwave makes.
After the relatively cool summer 2019 which produced a fresh citrusy Sauvignon Blanc.
The intense August heatwave just before the 2020 harvest resulted in a Sauvignon Blanc that’s all tropical warmth.
Papaya and guava dominate the nose with hints of pineapple, pomelo, chamomile and honeysuckle.
A beeswax texture coats the palate and gives the wine a rich, luxurious body.
