A small quantity of the 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon was bottled in 500ml bottles but never released.
Tasting it today the palate emphasizes the black fruit character with notes of green pepper, mint and violet and hints of the wonderful tertiary aromas of black olive and mushroom. The tannins are smooth, body full and finish long.
