Notes: The restrained use of oak for the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon brings its varietal profile to the fore – the fruitiness of blackberry and black cherry coupled with the earthiness of beetroot and notes of green pepper, mint and lavender. A wonderfully balanced wine.
